LAKINS, WANDA JANE - age 42, of Rutledge, Tenn. passed away unexpectedly
at her home on Monday June 12, 2000.  She was a member of Buffalo Spring
Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by father, James H. Griffin
and her brothers, Michael and Donnie Griffin. She is survived by her
husband, Randall Lakins; mother, Bertha Griffin; son and daughter in
law, Jerry and Joy Coffman; daughter and son in law, Angela and Teddy
Swiney; grandsons, Jared and Riley Coffman; granddaughter, Faith Swiney;
brother and sister in law, David and Michelle Griffin; sisters, Peggy
Griffin and Josie Graham; sister and brother in law, Vivian and Charles
Chesney and several aunts, uncles nieces and nephews. Services will be
at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2000 in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev.  Hollis Dunsmore officiating. the family will receive friends
from 6-8 p.m.  prior to the service.  Graveside services will be Thursday
June 15, 2000 at 11 a.m. at the Sunrise Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith
Funeral Home in Rutledge.
