Virginia (nee Eves), beloved wife of John Sherron and by a previous marriage to the late Jack Lakins. Loving mother of Ron (Rose) Lakins, Dianne (Greg) Lowry and Darrell (Brenda) Lakins. Cherished grandmother of Roseanne (Greg) Brown, Tara (Mike) Carey, Richard Lakins, Tanya Lowry, Rebecca and Rachel Lakins and great-grandmother of Dylan Carey. Predeceased by her granson Robbie Lakins. Stepmother of Charles (Sherry) Sherron, step-grandmother of Charles Sherron and step-great-grandmother of Breanna Sherron and Charles John Sherron III. Dear sister of Jewel Grigg, Threesa Dorsey, Ruby McCullough and predeceased by brother Sterling Eves. Virginia will be also fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, and by her church family at Pilgrim Holiness Church in Kingston and Home Mission in alliance, Ohio. Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, Cataraqui Chapel (Counter Street at Highway 2). Friends will be received on Thrusday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Friday, October 11, 2002 at 1:30 p.m., with Pastors Emmett Wakefield and Herbert Smith officiating.
