Stefni LAKIN, 63, Topeka (KS), died Sunday, Nov 3, 2002, at her home.
Mrs Lakin had worked for Pomeroy and Pomeroy Law Offices in Topeka.

She was born March 17, 1939, in London, the daughter of Steve and
Catherine KIERNAN O'DONOHOE.  She lived in the Kansas City area from
1968 to 1971, then lived in Dublin, Ireland, until 1977, when she moved
to Topeka.  Mrs Lakin attended Holy Name Catholic Church, Topeka.

She married Edgar L LAKIN on July 3, 1958, in London.  He survives.
Survivors also include two daughters, Ann M SCOTT, Topeka, and Karen
P RIVELAND, Omaha NE; a son, Eric L LAKIN, Waterford MI; a brother,
Steve O'DONOHOE, Dublin, Ireland; and six grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11am Wednesday at Holy Name Catholic
Church.  The casket will be closed.  Burial will be in Rochester Cemetery.
Mrs Lakin will lie in state, with closed casket, from 2 to 9pm today at
Davidson Funeral Home, where a prayer service will be conducted at 6pm
today.  The family will receive friends following the prayer service.
