Maria 'Mary' Laker

In loving memory of Mary Laker passed away on May 22, 2008, in Chatsworth,
Calif.

Mary was born Feb. 16, 1949, in Fukuoka, Japan.  Married in 1967, she
moved with her family to Simi Valley in 1971.  She made close friends in
whatever circles she traveled, especially with the soccer and baseball
families that she spent so much time with as her children grew.  For the
past 19 years she has worked for Blue Shield Insurance where she had a
very successful career.

She is survived by husband, Bill; children, Christi (husband Mark), Tim
(wife Ginger), Mike (wife Karina), and Wendee; grandchildren, Avery,
Ryan, Brennan, Marissa, Nick, Brando and Sara; siblings, Margaret and
Enrique Jr.; and father, Enrique.

She leaves behind a host of family and friends.  She will be truly missed
by all those who knew her and loved her.

A service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 30, at Reardon Simi Valley
Funeral Home, 2636 Sycamore Drive, Simi Valley CA 93065.........Please
