LAKIS, KIRK K. A loving husband and father passed away at home
after a brief illness on February 15, 2005. Born September 3, 1935
in Thessaloniki, Greece he immigrated to America in 1954 to study
and make a better life for himself and he fullfilled that with great
success. Survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Mary; son Gus and
his daughter, Diana; brother, John in Greece and many cousins, nieces
and nephews. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, February 18,
2005 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 13555 Hillcrest Road,
Dallas, TX 75240. Trisagion services will be held at 7:30 PM, Thursday,
February 17, 2005 at Restland Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the
family requests donations to be made to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox
Church or the American Cancer Society, 8900 Carpenter Freeway, Dallas,
