Special thank you to Helping Caregivers, Jr. and Dixie Rice of Arkansas, and her four very special and blessed hospice nurses who were with her on her final day before she entered her heavenly mansion. Momma is now in the arms of her precious Lord. God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around You and whispered, "Come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you slowly fade away. Although we loved you dearly, we would not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, your hard-working hands put to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her brother, grand daughter and sister. Survivors: Her loving husband of 48 years, Cecil Lakey, children, Mike Lakey and wife, Sandy, of Mosinee, Wis.; Barbara Long and husband, Ronald, of Joshua, Alan Lakey and wife, Donna, of Farmerville, La., and Alison Hulsey of Newark; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers; and three sisters of Wisconsin; several nieces and nephews; and four sisters-in-law of Arkansas; and extended families.
