LEEK, Eva - After a long and full life, Mom passed away on Wednesday,
June 8, 2005 at McMaster Medical Centre. She was in her 91st year. Beloved
wife of the late Norman Leek (1976). Loving mother of John and his wife
Marian of Whitby and Robert and his wife Gillian of Ancaster. She will
be sadly missed by grandchildren, Heather, Kendra, Michael, David and
Alexandra. Friends will be received at DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home,
ANCASTER CHAPEL, 378 Wilson Street East on Sunday, June 12th from 7-9
p.m. and Monday, June 13th from 2-4 p.m. Eva contributed greatly to both
the Anglican church and education communities in the local area. All
whose lives she has touched are invited to attend a Memorial Service
at Christ's Church Cathedral, Hamilton at 252 James Street North on
Tuesday, June 14th at 11 a.m. Cremation has already taken place. In lieu
of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian
National Institute for the Blind would be appreciated.
