LAKIN,ELEANOR (nee Bachman) Age 70 formerly of Franklin, MI. of Boca Raton, 
FL. Eleanor Lakin lost her 14 year battle with cancer on Thursday February 
24, 2000. Eleanor was the beloved wife of Dr. Alan Lakin. Loving mother of 
Debra (Dr. Joel) Hershman, Marc (Kelly) and the late Robert. Devoted 
grandmother to Kate, Brian and Brett Hershman, Ryan, Shawn and Kyle Lakin. 
Dear sister to Diane (Dr. Harvey) Komorn and to the late Joan (Dr. Milton) 
Goldrath. Eleanor was a successful entrepreneur a wonderful teacher and a 
skillful Bridge player. Services will be held 3:30 on Sunday February 27 at 
the Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 W. Atlantic Ave, Del Ray Beach, FL. 
Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flower.
