LAKING, DORIS Doris Laking of McAdam, N.B. passed away at Harvey Community
Hospital May 16, 2002 after a lengthy illness at the age of 71. Doris
is survived by her husband Paul, daughters Heather Canoe B.C., Penny
(George Panayiotopoullos) New Maryland, sons Donnie Athabaska AB. and
Peter Marysville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great
grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Doris is predeceased by her
parents, Thomas and Annie Denyer, sisters, Anne Sullivan, Grace Crocker,
and brothers Thomas and Donald. Visitation at St. Clements Roman Catholic
Church, Highland Avenue, McAdam, N.B. on Sunday May 19, 2002 2-4 and 7-9
p.m. From where funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on
Monday May 20, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Father Bill Brennan and Rev.
Ellen Beairsto officiating. Interment Rockland Cemetery, McAdam N.B. In
lieu of flowers remembrances to the charity of ones choice would be
