Charles David Lakes, 73, of Leesburg, died Friday Sep 14, 2001. Born in
Germantown, Ohio, he moved here from there in 1991. He was a retired
machinist and a US army veteran of WWII. Survivors include his wife. Amelia
Jean Lakes of Leesburg; three sons, David Lakes and John Lakes, both of
Germantown, and Harold D. Hooper of Kansas City, KS; four daughters, Marcia
Hipsher and Glenna Richforth, both of Richmond, IN, Barbara Sue Menke of
West Carrolton, Ohio, and Toni M. Davidson of Hamilton, Ohio; a sister,
Katherine M. Lawrence of Middleton, Ohio; and numerous grandchildren and
great grandchildren. Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis.

Services for Charles D. Lake will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sep 18, 2001, at
Harden/Pauli Funeral Home Chapel in Eustis. Visitation will be 4 - 6 p.m.
Tuesday. Burial will be in Germantown Cemetery, Germantown, Ohio.
