Army Capt. Todd R. Kishpaugh, son of Jack R. and Dea M. Kishpaugh of
Lebanon, Pa., has deployed overseas to a forward operating location to
support the mission of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Kishpaugh is normally
assigned to the 1st Military Intelligence Battalion, Wiesbaden Air Base,
Germany. He has seven years of military service. His wife, Chastity,
is the daughter of Tom Shepherd and Cindy M. Montgomery, both of
Oceanside. The captain is a 1992 graduate of Cedar Crest High School,
Lebanon, and a 1996 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point,
N.Y.
