Harrisburg Patriot News; Harrisburg PA; 2009-12-14 Pamela C. Miller Pamela C. Miller, age 66, entered eternal rest and peace on December 6, 2009 at the Masonic Village Care Center, Elizabethtown. Pam was born in East Stroudsburg, PA on November 4, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Stanley H. and Doris (Yorston) Kishpaugh. She graduated from Allentown High School, Allentown, PA and went on to receive a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove PA, where she was a proud member of the Kappa Delta sorority. She was the wife of John M. Miller, Elizabethtown, with whom she celebrated 41 years of marriage this past September. Pam will be remembered for her friendliness, her optimism, her fighting spirit and her beautiful smile. She lived her life to serve God, care for her loved ones and to make a difference to those she met by being a thoughtful and giving person. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Elizabethtown, where she participated in Bible studies and the handbell choir. She liked helping others and was an active volunteer for Meals-On-Wheels and the Ronald McDonald House in Hershey. Pam was very proud of the part she played in raising a puppy for The Seeing Eye foundation. She enjoyed reading and vacationing in Canada and the Outer Banks, but her true joy was spending time with her family, friends and her pets. In addition to her husband, Pam is lovingly missed by her daughter, Allison Paige Miller, Lancaster, her sister-in-law Mary A. Miller, New York, NY and by many relatives and friends. Pam was preceded in death by a sister, Autumn Diane Kishpaugh, in 1943. There will be no funeral services at this time. A public memorial service celebrating Pam's life will be held in January 2010 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Elizabethtown at a date to be determined. Details for the service will be announced when plans are finalized. In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to make a donation in Pam's memory, may do so to one of the following organizations, or to a charity of your choice.
